Como afiliado autorizado (Afiliado) de LA JABITA FAMILIAR (La Jabita), un proyecto conjunto de la empresa MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL GROUP LLC (MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL) y la empresa PROGRECIT INTERNATIONAL LLC (PROGRECIT INTERNATIONAL), usted acepta cumplir con los términos y condiciones contenidos en este Acuerdo de Afiliación (Acuerdo). Lea atentamente todo el Acuerdo antes de registrarse y promocionar LA JABITA FAMILIAR como Afiliado.
Su participación en el Programa es únicamente para publicitar legalmente nuestro sitio web para recibir una comisión sobre todos los productos comprados por personas referidas a LA JABITA FAMILIAR por su propio sitio web o a través de sus referencias personales.
Al suscribirse al Programa de Afiliados de La Jabita (Programa), usted indica que acepta este Acuerdo y sus términos y condiciones.
1. Aprobación o Rechazo de la Solicitud
Nos reservamos el derecho de aprobar o rechazar CUALQUIER Solicitud al Programa de Afiliados a nuestra única y absoluta discreción. No tendrá ningún recurso legal contra nosotros por el rechazo de su Solicitud para participar en el Programa de Afiliados.
2. Comisiones
Las comisiones se pagarán una vez al mes, una vez se acumulen $100 dólares estadounidenses. Para que un Afiliado reciba una comisión, la cuenta referida debe permanecer activa durante un mínimo de 37 días.
No puede recomendarse a sí mismo y no recibirá una comisión sobre sus propias cuentas. También hay un límite de una comisión por referido. Eso significa que si un referido suyo quiere abrir varias cuentas, debe hacer cada una por separado y siempre a través de su enlace de afiliado, para que el sistema pueda detectar que esa cuenta generará comisiones para usted.
3. Terminación
Su solicitud de afiliación y su estado en el Programa pueden suspenderse o rescindirse por cualquiera de los siguientes motivos:
Publicidad inapropiada: (afirmaciones falsas, hipervínculos engañosos, etc.).
Spamming (correo electrónico masivo, publicación masiva en grupos de noticias, etc.).
Publicidad en sitios que contengan o promuevan actividades ilegales.
No divulgar la relación de afiliación para cualquier promoción que califique como un respaldo según las pautas y regulaciones existentes de la Comisión Federal de Comercio, o cualquier ley estatal aplicable.
Violación de los derechos de propiedad intelectual. MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL GROUP se reserva el derecho de exigir acuerdos de licencia de aquellos que emplean marcas registradas de MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL GROUP para proteger nuestros derechos de propiedad intelectual.
Ofrecer reembolsos, cupones u otra forma de sobornos prometidos de su comisión de afiliado como incentivo. Sin embargo, es aceptable agregar bonos o agrupar otros productos con MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL GROUP.
Autorreferencias, transacciones fraudulentas, sospecha de fraude de afiliados.
Además de lo anterior, MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL GROUP se reserva el derecho de suspender cancelar cualquier cuenta de Afiliado en cualquier momento, por cualquier violación de este Acuerdo o sin motivo alguno. En ese caso, si existiese algún dinero acumulado en su cuenta se le pagará en el próximo ciclo de pagos.
4. Enlaces de Afiliados
Puede utilizar enlaces gráficos y de texto tanto en su sitio web como en sus mensajes de correo electrónico. También puede anunciar el sitio de MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL GROUP en anuncios clasificados, revistas y periódicos en línea y fuera de línea.
Puede usar los gráficos y el texto proporcionados por nosotros, o puede crear los suyos propios, siempre que se consideren apropiados de acuerdo con las condiciones y que no infrinjan lo establecido en la Condición 3.
5. Sitios de Cupones y Ofertas
MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL GROUP ocasionalmente ofrece cupones para afiliados seleccionados y para los suscriptores de nuestro boletín. Si no le ha sido preaprobado/asignado un cupón de marca, entonces no puede promocionar el cupón. A continuación, se encuentran los términos que se aplican a cualquier afiliado que esté considerando la promoción de nuestros productos en relación con una oferta o un cupón:
Los afiliados no pueden usar texto engañoso en los enlaces, botones o imágenes de afiliados para dar a entender cualquier otra cosa además de las ofertas actualmente autorizadas para el afiliado específico.
Los afiliados no pueden pujar por cupones de MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL GROUP, descuentos de MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL GROUP u otras frases que impliquen que hay cupones disponibles.
Los afiliados no pueden generar ventanas emergentes, ventanas subyacentes, iframes, marcos o cualquier otra acción visible o no que establezca COOKIES de afiliados a menos que el usuario haya expresado un interés claro y explícito en activar un ahorro específico al hacer clic en un enlace claramente marcado. botón o imagen para ese cupón u oferta en particular. El usuario debe poder ver información y detalles de cupones/ofertas/ahorros antes de que se establezca una cookie de afiliado (es decir, NO se permite “haga clic aquí para ver cupones y abrir una ventana al sitio de La Jabita“).
Los sitios afiliados pueden no tener “Haga clic para (o para ver) Oferta/Cupón” o cualquier variación, cuando no hay cupones u ofertas disponibles, y el clic abre el sitio del comerciante o establece una cookie. Los afiliados con dicho texto en la página de destino del comerciante serán eliminados del programa de inmediato.
6. Política de Pago Por Clic (PPC)
Las ofertas de PPC o Pago por Clic NO están permitidas sin un permiso previo por escrito.
7. Responsabilidad
Aunque hacemos el máximo por garantizar el eficiente y permanente funcionamiento de nuestros sistemas, MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL GROUP no será responsable por daños indirectos o accidentales (pérdida de ingresos, comisiones) debido a fallas en el seguimiento de afiliados, pérdida de archivos de bases de datos o cualquier resultado de intentos de daño al Programa y/o a nuestro(s) sitio(s) web.
No ofrecemos ninguna garantía expresa o implícita con respecto al Programa y/o las membresías o productos vendidos por MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL GROUP. No afirmamos que el funcionamiento del Programa y/o nuestro(s) sitio(s) web esté(n) libre(s) de errores y no seremos responsables de ninguna interrupción o error.
8. Plazo del Acuerdo
El término de este Acuerdo comienza con su aceptación en el Programa y finalizará cuando se cancele su cuenta de Afiliado.
Los términos y condiciones de este acuerdo pueden ser modificados por nosotros en cualquier momento. Si alguna modificación a los términos y condiciones de este Acuerdo es inaceptable para usted, su única opción es cancelar su cuenta de Afiliado. Su participación continua en el Programa constituirá su aceptación de cualquier cambio.
9. Indemnización
El Afiliado indemnizará y eximirá de responsabilidad a MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL GROUP LLC, PROGRECIT INTERNATIONAL LLC y sus empresas afiliadas y subsidiarias, funcionarios, directores, empleados, licenciatarios, sucesores y cesionarios, incluidos aquellos con licencia o autorización de MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL GROUP LLC o PROGRECIT INTERNATIONAL LLC para transmitir y distribuir materiales, de cualquier responsabilidad, daños y perjuicios, multas, juicios, reclamos, costos, pérdidas y gastos (incluidos los honorarios y costos legales razonables) que surjan de o estén relacionados con todos y cada uno de los reclamos presentados en relación con este Acuerdo debido a negligencia, tergiversación, falta de divulgación o intencional mala conducta del Afiliado.
10. Ley aplicable, jurisdicción y honorarios de abogados
Este Acuerdo se regirá e interpretará de conformidad con las leyes de los Estados Unidos. Cualquier disputa que surja o esté relacionada de alguna manera con este Acuerdo se adjudicará exclusivamente en los tribunales estatales ubicados en Orlando, Florida.
En caso de litigio para hacer cumplir cualquier disposición de este Acuerdo, la parte vencedora tendrá derecho a recuperar de la otra parte sus costos y honorarios, incluidos los honorarios legales razonables.
11. Firmas Electrónicas Vigentes
El Acuerdo es un contrato electrónico que establece los términos legalmente vinculantes de su participación en el programa de afiliados de MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL GROUP LLC & PROGRECIT INTERNATIONAL LLC. Usted indica que acepta este Acuerdo y todos los términos y condiciones contenidos o a los que se hace referencia en este Acuerdo al completar el proceso de solicitud de MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL GROUP LLC. Esta acción crea una firma electrónica que tiene la misma fuerza y efecto legal que una firma manuscrita.

As an authorized affiliate (Affiliate) of LA JABITA FAMILIAR (La Jabita), a joint project of MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL GROUP LLC (MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL GROUP) and PROGRECIT INTERNATIONAL LLC (PROGRECIT INTERNATIONAL), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement (Agreement). Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting LA JABITA FAMILIAR as an Affiliate.
Your participation in the Program is solely to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on products purchased by individuals referred to La Jabita by your own website or personal referrals.
By signing up for the MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL GROUP LLC and PROGRECIT INTERNATIONAL LLC Affiliate Program (the Program), you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.
1. Approval or Rejection of the Application
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Application at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application.
2. Commissions
Commissions will be paid once a month when your account reaches the threshold of $100 American dollars or more. For an Affiliate to receive a commission, the referred account must remain active for a minimum of 37 days.
You cannot refer yourself, and you will not receive a commission on your own accounts. There is also a limit of one commission per referral. Suppose someone clicks the link on your site and orders multiple accounts. In that case, you will receive a commission on the first order only, unless your referral opens all accounts separately and always uses your affiliate link, so the system can identify that he or she is your direct referral.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
3. Termination
Your affiliate application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).
Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.).
Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities.
Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship for any promotion that qualifies as an endorsement under existing Federal Trade Commission guidelines and regulations, or any applicable state laws.
Violation of intellectual property rights. MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL GROUP LLC reserves the right to require license agreements from those who employ trademarks of MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL LLC in order to protect our intellectual property rights.
Offering rebates, coupons, or other forms of promised kickbacks from your affiliate commission as an incentive. Adding bonuses or bundling other products with MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL GROUP LLC, however, is acceptable.
Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, suspected Affiliate fraud.
In addition to the foregoing, MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL GROUP LLC reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time, for any violations of this Agreement or for no reason.
4. Affiliate Links
You may use graphic and text links on your website and within your email messages. You may also advertise the MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL GROUP LLC site in online and offline classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.
You may use the graphics and text provided by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions and not in violation as outlined in Condition 3.
5. Coupon and Deal Sites
MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL GROUP LLC occasionally offers coupons to select affiliates and to our newsletter subscribers. If you’re not pre-approved / assigned a branded coupon, then you’re not allowed to promote the coupon. Below are the terms that apply for any affiliate who is considering the promotion of our products in relation to a deal or coupon:
Affiliates may not use misleading text on affiliate links, buttons, or images to imply anything besides currently authorized deals to the specific affiliate.
Affiliates may not bid on MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL GROUP LLC Coupons, MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL GROUP LLC Discounts, or other phrases implying coupons are available.
Affiliates may not generate pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, frames, or any other seen or unseen actions that set affiliate cookies unless the user has expressed a clear and explicit interest in activating specific savings by clicking on a clearly marked link, button, or image for that particular coupon or deal. Your link must send the visitor to the merchant site.
Users must be able to see coupon/deal/savings information and details before an affiliate cookie is set (i.e. “click here to see coupons and open a window to merchant site” is NOT allowed).
Affiliate sites may not have “Click for (or to see) Deal/Coupon” or any variation, when there are no coupons or deals available, and the click opens the merchant site or sets a cookie. Affiliates with such text on the merchant landing page will be removed from the program immediately.
6. Pay Per Click (PPC) Policy
PPC bidding is NOT allowed without prior written permission.
7. Liability
MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL GROUP LLC will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of the intent of harm to the Program and/or to our website(s).
We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Program and/or the memberships or products sold by MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL GROUP LLC. We make no claim that the operation of the Program and/or our website(s) will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
8. Term of the Agreement
The term of this Agreement begins upon your acceptance into the Program and will end when your Affiliate account is terminated.
The terms and conditions of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms and conditions of this Agreement is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your Affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of any change.
9. Indemnification
Affiliate shall indemnify and hold harmless MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL GROUP LLC and its affiliate and subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors, and assigns, including those licensed or authorized by MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL GROUP LLC to transmit and distribute materials, from any and all liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or related to any and all claims sustained in connection with this Agreement due to the negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct of Affiliate.
10. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Attorney Fees
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the United States of America. Any dispute arising under or related in any way to this Agreement shall be adjudicated exclusively in the state courts located in Orlando, Florida.
In the event of litigation to enforce any provision of this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover from the other party its costs and fees, including reasonable legal fees.
11. Electronic Signatures Effective
The Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of your participation in the MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL GROUP LLC & PROGRECIT INTERNATIONAL LLC affiliate program. You indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and all of the terms and conditions contained or referenced in this Agreement by completing the MUNDOS INTERNATIONAL GROUP LLC application process. This action creates an electronic signature that has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
